The Business Services Department is responsible for budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits, insurance services, food services, maintenance and operations, and collection of developer fees.General Obligation Bonds on your property tax billCinnabar School District has one General Obligation Bond, commonly referred to as Measure J, that appears on the property tax bills of property owners within the District boundaries. Measure J was passed in November 2014. General Obligation Bonds (or G.O. Bonds) do not have exemptions for rate payers. Only Parcel Taxes have exemptions for rate payers and Cinnabar School District does not have any parcel taxes.Bond Oversight CommitteeCinnabar Elementary School District passed a $2.5 M Bond measure commonly referred to as Measure J in November 2014. The bond money has been spent and the Oversight Committee has been disbanded.
